Quality policy

Mário & Dominguez, Lda, has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), which offers an effective service that responds to the needs of its customers. At Maran, quality is included in the products, solutions and services offered, with a focus on continuous quality improvement.

Its mission is to focus on the quality of its products combined with two vectors:

  • incessant search for new solutions that satisfy the most demanding needs of its customers;
  • high responsiveness throughout the entire marketing chain;

The quality of Mário & Dominguez, Lda. it is thus assumed as a state of mind by all its elements, that is, involvement and collaboration for the same purposes, is assimilated by all as essential to achieve the objectives proposed by the Management.

The Quality Management System to be implemented in the company has the following objectives:

  • Continuous improvement in the development of new products;
  • Continuous cost reduction;
  • Meeting deadlines;
  • Treatment and allocation of new requirements via internationalization;
  • Valuing employees;
